We have delivered title deeds for Ngong Crescent. This is good news for our clients who can now develop their property or resell it in future. Notably, previous Ngong investors have already begun developing their own homes.

For Kenyans clients the title deeds were issued in the Company’s offices while for diaspora clients the title deeds are delivered to them during the Company’s Diaspora Tours to USA, United Kingdom, Qatar among others, also the title deeds are shipped via their preferred courier service or issued to their Lawyers upon formal request from the client.
