You then give us your details as you would like the title to appear when transferred to you. We process the titles within 6 to 10 months after payment is done. When the title is ready, you can either write to us instructing us to issue the title deed to your family member or your lawyer or alternatively we ship/mail it to you.

Our plots are 1/8th of an acre. We also have quarter acre plots in some of the projects.

You fill in an online Offer Letter, make payments for your plot then we start on the documentation process upon full payment, where you will give us a copy of your ID, KRA PIN, postal address and 3 passport photos. After signing the sale agreement and transfer forms, we will process your title deed within the given timelines and notify you when it is ready for collection.

Yes you can. For a group/chama, during documentation, you will select two trustees who can be your representatives and we will also require your registration certificate. For a company, sealed documentation for the company and directors will be required.
