Yes they can. You can select your preferred plot then we shall book it for you. We then give you our company account details where you can wire the payment. You then give us your details as you would like the title to appear when transferred to you. We process the titles within 6 to 10 months after payment is done. When the title is ready, you can either write to us instructing us to issue the title deed to your family member or your lawyer or alternatively we ship/mail it to you.

Our plots are 1/8th of an acre. We also have quarter acre plots in some of the projects.

No, the site visit is free of charge.

You fill in an online Offer Letter, make payments for your plot then we start on the documentation process upon full payment, where you will give us a copy of your ID, KRA PIN, postal address and 3 passport photos. After signing the sale agreement and transfer forms, we will process your title deed within the given timelines and notify you when it is ready for collection.

Yes you can. For a group/chama, during documentation, you will select two trustees who can be your representatives and we will also require your registration certificate. For a company, sealed documentation for the company and directors will be required.

We have both freehold and leasehold properties.

In such cases, we give a discount for every month you will have paid in advance.

Yes they are. There are no hidden charges.

We have site visits every Wednesday and Saturday. Meeting point in Nairobi is Kencom at 7:30am and in Nakuru at Westside Mall at 8:30am. Prior booking is required for logistical purposes.

We have a cash option where payment is made within 30 days. We also have an installment option of up to 12 months.

Yes, they can purchase our leasehold properties.

We require a national identification card or a valid Kenyan passport, KRA pin and a passport size photo.
