A standalone house is a residential house standing freely in an estate. It is also known as single-family home.

Advantages of standalone houses

  1. Standalone houses enjoy more privacy and isolation and everyone
  2. It is convenient to rent a standalone house especially if you have a family

Disadvantages of standalone houses

  1. Maintaining a standalone house may be higher in comparison to the rest
  2. The cost of renting is slightly higher
  3. Standalone house may be prone to theft

Semi–Detached Houses

A semi-detached house is a house joining another one on a wall. It is good to buy a semi–detached house because you save on the prices

Advantages of semi-detached houses

  • More amenities

The nature of the dwelling is in such a way that the cost of maintaining is easy because there are more people dwelling.
