It is also known as a separate house<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Advantages of a detached house<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"i\"><li>Privacy<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You have zero or fewer distractions from neighbors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"i\"><li>Freedom for renovation and extension<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This type of residential building does not share walls with neighbors.
